We are scaling fast and looking for a strong HR leader to build and streamline our people processes.Role Overview:The HR Head will lead Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Culture, and SOP/SOW creation. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role.Key Responsibilities:• Drive HR strategy and workforce planning• Lead and mentor the HR team• Manage end-to-end hiring across functions• Run KRAs/OKRs, reviews, and L&D initiatives• Strengthen culture, onboarding, and engagement• Manage payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentation• Build and maintain SOPs and SOWsRequirements:• 5–6 years HR experience; 2+ years in leadership roles• Experience managing 200+ employees• Strong in TA, operations, performance management & compliance• Prior startup/service industry experience preferred
