Job Title: Business Analyst/Marketing Analyst (User & Growth Focus)Company: Hoora TechnologiesLocation : Nagpur (In-office)Reports to: Head of Product / Head of MarketingEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Mission:You will be the core engine for identifying, measuring, and executing improvements in our user experience and marketing effectiveness. Your mission is to thoroughly analyze customer journeys, translate qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable insights, and drive demand generation efforts to enhance our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and conversion funnels.Key Responsibilities·User Journey Analysis: Systematically analyze user behavior across web and mobile platforms. Identify points of friction in key user flows (e.g., booking, retention, churn) and formulate clear, measurable recommendations for the Product and UX teams.·NPS Ownership & Customer Insights: Own the end-to-end process for measuring and improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Deeply investigate qualitative customer feedback to pinpoint root causes of dissatisfaction and advocate for necessary product or service changes.·Demand Generation Effectiveness: Measure and evaluate the performance of all marketing and demand generation campaigns (digital ads, content, SEO). Provide insights on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and conversion funnels to optimize budget spend and maximize ROI.·A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and govern the A/B testing framework for both product features and marketing assets. Ensure all experiments are structured correctly and their results are translated into clear, actionable business decisions.·Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports that clearly communicate user performance, market trends, and growth metrics to cross-functional leaders.Ideal Candidate Profile·Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Growth Analyst, preferably within a consumer-facing technology or e-commerce company.·Analytical Skills: Proven ability to structure complex business problems, derive actionable insights, and justify recommendations using quantitative analysis.·Tool Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets and working knowledge of relational querying languages like SQL. Experience with key analytical and testing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) is essential.·User & Growth Focus: Direct experience in measuring and optimizing user experience, tracking LTV/CAC, and improving marketing funnel performance.·Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data and influence strategic alignment across departments.Working Hours:- Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM - Apply now at
