Key Responsibilities Fundraising & Capital Strategy:Lead the preparation for future funding rounds (Seed, Series A). Develop and refine theinvestor narrative, financial models, and diligence materials. Advise the leadership team on optimal capital structure (debt vs. equity).Strategic Financial Planning:Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and ensure rigorousROI analysisacross all departments.Financial Operations & Compliance:Own the end-to-end finance, accounting, and compliance functions. Ensure timely and accurate reporting, tax compliance (GST, TDS), and maintenance of robust internal controls. Growth & Unit Economics:Deeply analyzeunit economics (LTV, CAC, Payback)across all verticals (B2C, D2C). Identify opportunities for revenue leakage prevention and profit optimization.System & Team Leadership:Implement and automate financial systems (ERP, MIS) to support scale. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance and accounting team. Ideal Candidate Profile PE Background (Mandatory):You have 5+ yearsof progressive experience, including a significant tenure as anInvestment Analyst, Investment Associate, Principal, or Vice Presidentwithin a leadingVenture Capital or Private Equityfirm.Fundraising Expertise:Proven expertise in the end-to-end fundraising process,financial due diligence, and building complex valuation models for high-growth tech startups.Financial Acumen:Exceptional proficiency infinancial modeling, valuation methodologies, and structuring complex debt and equity transactions.Startup Operator:Strong operational finance experience, including accounting, compliance, and managing the financial function within a high-growth startup environment.
