Our vision is to make drone education accessible, aspirational, and income-generating for every educator in India.Role Description We’re looking for a dynamicBusiness Development Traineeto drive the expansion of our Aasma Certified Partner Network. You’ll be the key link betweeneducators, schools, and the Aasma team, responsible for converting leads into active partners and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. If you lovesales, storytelling, and technology-led education, this is your runway.Key Responsibilities Own theend-to-end sales funnel— from outreach and demo scheduling to conversion and onboarding. Conduct and follow up on demo sessions for potential partners. Collaborate closely with founders for high-value closures and regional expansion. Maintain and update theCRM pipeline(educators, schools, and institutions). Identify and approachSTEM educators, ATL labs, training centers, and independent instructors for partnership. Track KPIs like demos booked, conversion rate, and partner activation. Work with the marketing team to refine campaigns based on conversion feedback. Represent Aasma Aerospace in webinars, exhibitions, and institutional meetings.Preferred (but flexible based on experience): Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or Commerce (BBA / / MBA / PGDM) OR Bachelor’s inEngineering / Science (STEM)with sales flair (since they’ll sell a technical education product — drones) MBA / PGDM inSales, Marketing, or Education Managementis a plus.After three months of training this can be converted into full-time job.
