We are passionate about simplifying financial journeys and delivering solutions that inspire trust and financial well-being.Role Overview You will design, test, and optimize quantitative trading models and portfolio strategies across Indian equities and derivatives. The role blendsquantitative research,financial modeling, andsystematic/Algorithmic strategy design, requiring deep statistical intuition and practical implementation skills.Key Responsibilities Develop, backtest, and refinesystematic/algorithmic trading strategiesbased on STM and its variants. Performstatistical analysison large-scale price data (minute to monthly) to identifypatterns, volatility regimes, and market periodicities. Build and maintainsimulation pipelinesusing Python (NumPy, Numba, Pandas, Matplotlib). Modeldrift, volatility, and mean-reversionusing stochastic processes (Brownian Motion, Markov Chain volatility models). Conductparameter optimizationandsensitivity analysisfor model stability. Contribute towhitepapersand internal research documentation. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Financial Modelling, Physics, or Mathematics from a recognized institution. Background in quantitative finance, data science, or applied mathematics is advantageous.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency inPython(NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Numba). Solid grasp ofprobability, statistics, and time-series analysis. Understanding oftrading systems,portfolio theory, andbacktesting methodologies.
