We help institutes bring the right recruiters on board faster, smarter, and with data-backed precision. About the Role We’re looking for high-agency relationship builders who can think, sell, and execute with speed and ownership. This role is for someone who wants to see entrepreneurship up close —building corporate partnerships, talking to CXOs, and learning how business growth actually happens. You’ll be the bridge between our partner campuses and corporate recruiters , helping leading organizations hire top talent through The Career Company network. What You’ll Do Drive B2B outreach across industries to bring in live roles, internships, and projects for our partner institutes. Research, identify, and connect with HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers using email, LinkedIn, and calls. Craft outreach campaigns and follow-ups with precision and persistence. Maintain structured outreach data in CRM and Sheets to track conversions and insights. Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with placement timelines and client goals. Support the creation of corporate decks, call notes, and pitch materials. Track recruiter engagement and feedback to continuously refine messaging and conversion quality. What You’ll Need Education: Preferably an MBA with strong communication skills. Mindset: Hungry to learn, humble enough to start small, smart enough to grow fast. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong research, organization, and follow-up discipline. Comfort with Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. Exposure to B2B sales or corporate relations is an advantage, not a prerequisite. What You’ll Learn This isn’t a 9-to-5 coordination job, it’s a paid seat in a rocket ship .
