The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Manufacturing/Engineering/Corporate HR, with expertise in HR operations, compliance, and talent development. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HR operations, recruitment & onboarding Design & implement HR policies and employee handbook Payroll management & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) Drive performance management, L&D, and career progression programs Employee engagement, grievance handling & conflict resolution Champion organizational culture & retention initiatives Partner with top management on HR strategy and workforce planning What We’re Looking For MBA/PGDM in Human Resources 8–14 years of HR experience (with 3+ years in a managerial role) Strong expertise in HRIS tools (HROne preferred), compliance, recruitment & payroll Advanced skills in Leadership, Communication, Strategic Thinking & Conflict Handling Candidate should be based in Nagpur or willing to relocate permanently Why Join Us?
