QualificationsExperience: Minimum 15 years in upstream O&G exploration across diverse petroleum basins.Core Competencies:Full-Cycle Exploration: regional basin analysis, play identification, and the generation of high-quality leads and prospects.Risk & Resource Management: rigorous resource assessment and prospect risking methodologies.Operational Oversight: operational geology, providing geological support  during active drilling campaigns.Subsurface Integration: Knowledge of  regional seismic interpretation, structural geology, seismic stratigraphy, and 1D/2D/3D basin modelling.Strategic Frameworks: Ability to synthesize multi-disciplinary datasets to construct comprehensive regional structural and sequence stratigraphic frameworks.
