Project Manager-Solar (Al Duqm,Oman)

The Project Engineer/Manager will support planning, engineering coordination, and monitoring of utility-scale Solar PV, Tracker, and BESS projects from the Head Office in Gurgaon, with frequent visits to the Oman project site. The role requires close coordination with site teams, consultants, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, safe, and compliant project execution.Key Responsibilities:Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.Coordinate engineering deliverables, drawings, RFIs, and technical clarifications.Monitor site execution of PV, tracker, and BESS works through reports and site visits.Interface with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and OEMs.Support tracker system installation accuracy and BESS integration requirements.Assist in QA/QC compliance, inspections, and HSE adherence.Support quantity verification, billing checks, and variation identification.Prepare DPRs, WPRs, monthly progress reports, and management presentations.Participate in site visits during critical construction and commissioning stages.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy).6–10 years of experience in utility-scale solar PV projects, including tracker systems.Exposure to BESS projects preferred.Middle East / GCC project experience is an added advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of solar PV, tracker systems, and BESS.Good coordination, reporting, and documentation skills.Proficient in MS Office; Primavera / MS Project knowledge is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work with multi-cultural teams.
