If you want to build a strong technical career in the Solar Industry, this role is for you!Role: Solar Junior / Senior O&M Executive You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and performance of solar power plants (Rooftop & Ground-Mounted).Key Responsibilities For Jr. O&M Executive (0–2 yrs): Perform routine site inspections and basic preventive maintenance. Assist in inverter checks, DC/AC side inspection, and fault reporting. Record daily energy generation and operational parameters. Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and site documentation. For O&M Executive / Sr. O&M Executive (1–4+ yrs): Lead preventive & corrective maintenance activities at sites. Troubleshoot inverter issues, HT panel checks, string diagnosis, and system faults. Coordinate with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams for issue resolution. Maintain site MIS, daily/weekly reporting, and ensure high plant uptime. Supervise cleaning activity, safety compliance, and asset monitoring.Qualifications Diploma / BE inElectrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Energy / Renewable Energy. ITI candidates with strong solar exposure are also encouraged. Freshers with strong technical interest may apply.Skills We Value Basic understanding of solar PV systems.
