Position: Graphic DesignerLocation: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: INR 30,000 – 40,000 per monthAbout WrittenlyHubAt WrittenlyHub, we’re not just redefining content; we’re reimagining how creative work gets done. We’re a fast-growing, remote-first team focused on building strong, content-led brands across platforms.About the RoleWe’re looking for someone who can manage and execute visual content end-to-end, from designing social media creatives and thumbnails to editing videos for marketing campaigns.This is a hands-on role, and we’re specifically looking for someone with strong skills in both graphic design and video editing, who is comfortable working across formats.You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life across multiple visual formats.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creatives for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ads, and brand assets Edit videos for reels, shorts, and marketing content Work on both static and motion content based on campaign requirements Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines and quality standards Collaborate with content and marketing teams to execute campaigns Manage and organize design/video assets efficiently Iterate based on feedback and performance insights Required Skills & Experience0-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar) Strong understanding of social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, carousels, etc.) Basic sense of motion, storytelling, and visual hierarchy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setup Good communication and openness to feedback Familiarity with AI tools for design or editing workflowsNice to HaveExperience working with content/marketing teams Familiarity with AI tools for design or editing workflows Basic understanding of content performance and engagement Recruitment ProcessScreening round Skillset round Final interview Why Join UsRemote work with flexible timings High ownership and creative freedom Opportunity to work across multiple content formats A fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive team If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you!
