The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality design concepts, managing design projects, and ensuring consistency across all digital and print platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually appealing designs for digital and print media including social media, marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and website graphics.Lead the creative direction for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.Collaborate with marketing, sales, packaging and other departments to develop design solutions that meet business objectives.Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials.Review and guide junior designers to maintain high-quality design output.Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.1–7 years of professional graphic design experience.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw and Adobe After Effects.Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in branding, digital marketing, and social media creatives.Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
