You should be able to simplify complex fintech and Web3 concepts into engaging, visually compelling content for global audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality creatives for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing campaignsCreate brand collaterals, banners, and presentation assetsProduce motion graphics, animations, and short-form content for digital platformsEdit and deliver short-form videos, reels, and marketing videosCreate product explainer videos and feature walkthroughsAdapt content for platforms like LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTubeDevelop visuals that simplify fintech and Web3 conceptsCollaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launchesMaintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identityStay updated on design, motion, and content trendsRequirements4–6 years of experience in motion design, graphics, or visual designStrong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and digital creativesProficiency in:Adobe After Effects, Premiere ProPhotoshop, IllustratorFigma or similar tools Basic UI understanding is a plusExperience creating animated content, reels, and marketing videosStrong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and brandingAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environmentNice to HaveExperience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 companiesBasic understanding of UI/UX and product designExperience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)Familiarity with performance-driven content (ads, engagement creatives)To ApplySend your resume and portfolio to with the subject line:“Application – Motion & Graphics Designer”
