At Swarlay, our mission is to create instruments that inspire and spread magic through their melodies and beats.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Music Instrument Designer and Maker, located in Nagpur. The role involves designing and crafting high-quality musical instruments, ensuring precision in every component, and participating in testing for acoustic excellence and ergonomic usability. This position requires a deep understanding of instrumentation and collaboration with the team to ensure the instruments meet both artistic and functional requirements. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining tools and materials, researching innovative practices, and contributing to the continuous development of unique products.Qualifications- Experience in Instrumentation, with knowledge of creating and fine-tuning musical instruments - Understanding of Loop Diagrams and operational procedures in crafting and testing instruments - Attention to detail, precision in crafting, and a passion for music and design - Capability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Nagpur - Background or experience in materials and woodworking is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to innovate new techniques - Musician or Music enthusiast can apply. - Designer, Woodworker, Furniture Designer, Architect, interior Designer or any field who are open to learn new skills of Music Instrument can APPLY!
