Coordination & Execution FlowManage tasks across marketing, design, Shopify, and operationsTrack timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teamsEnsure work progresses smoothly without delays or confusion2. Briefing & OversightConvert ideas into clear, structured briefs that teams can execute onEnsure expectations are understood before work beginsStay close to execution and flag gaps early3. Brand, Marketing & Research SupportConduct competitor analysis and marketing researchTrack trends across jewellery, fashion, and D2C brandsBreak down campaigns, positioning, and offers in the marketStrengthen briefs with better brand and marketing context where needed4. Quality ControlReview creatives, landing pages, campaigns, and updates before escalationEnsure outputs align with brand direction and business goalsShare clear, structured feedback to improve quality before final review5. Merchandising & Website FlowSupport product launches, collection drops, and merchandising plansCoordinate product listings, categorization, and on-site placementEnsure banners, collections, and product pages are updated accuratelyHelp improve product discovery and overall website experience6.
