Role: Real Estate Sales ExecutiveLocation: PuneThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune City for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and guide them in selecting suitable residential properties. Responsibilities include conducting property visits, providing valuable insights, facilitating negotiations, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates will play a key role in driving sales and contributing to the company’s growth while upholding its client-focused values.Key Responsibilities:• Generate leads through calling and outreach• Handle tele calling and follow-ups• Work on campaign generated leads• Coordinate and manage site visits• Interact with clients and understand requirements• Maintain basic data and updates of leadsRequirements:1. Experience in Real Estate Sales and proficiency in Real Estate market trends and dynamics2. Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively engage clients and close deals3. Ability to provide guidance and Training to clients throughout the property selection process4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships5. Good organizational and negotiation skills to handle multiple tasks and finalize agreements6. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment7. Knowledge of Pune and Mumbai real estate markets is a plus8.
