Junior Technical Project Manager

We also hold a demo day in front of Angel and VC investors.About the Role:We are seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong engineering background to lead and deliver complex software initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms, and is capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage delivery timelines, and ensure that engineering best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects.Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and design teams to define scope, requirements, and timelines.Manage technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals and architectural standards.Break down product requirements into technical deliverables and ensure clear communication across teams.Guide and support teams in decision-making related to technology stacks, system architecture, and implementation strategy.Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and blockers.Monitor progress using agile/scrum methodologies and continuously optimize workflows.Provide hands-on support when needed to debug or understand technical challenges in front-end, back-end, or mobile codebases.Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, timelines, and delivery risks.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue, Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).3+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering leadership roles.Strong knowledge of mobile development (iOS/Android) frameworks such as React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter.Demonstrated ability to manage technical complexity and lead cross-functional development teams.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Proficiency with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.).Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Skills:Experience with microservices and API-first development.Understanding of UX principles and design systems.PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications (a plus but not required).
