Site Civil Engineer

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Head Office – with travel to project sites as required) Employment Type: Full-time About UsMolyar is a growing Architectural & Interior Design practice specialising in hospitality projects including hotels, restaurants, banquets, and commercial spaces. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Site Civil Engineer who can act as the bridge between design and execution, ensuring that the team’s vision translates seamlessly to on-site reality.Role OverviewThe Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for: Coordinating between the design studio and site teams/vendorsManaging project execution schedules and ensuring technical accuracy Handling drawings, BOQs, material specifications, finishes, and vendor deliverablesOverseeing MEP coordination and integration in line with design intent Acting as a project manager for multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality standards Reporting directly to the Principal Architect/Founder Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate design intent into construction-ready drawings and vendor packages Prepare / review BOQs, specifications, and material schedules Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants on-site for execution Monitor quality control during construction & ensure compliance with design drawings Ensure seamless integration of MEP services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting) into architectural design Conduct weekly progress review meetings with Site Engineers/Vendors Identify design discrepancies or site challenges early & propose solutions Maintain project timelines and budgets, escalating concerns to management as needed Document project progress and prepare status reports for clients/internal team Mandatory Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering4–7 years of experience in civil engineering & project management (hospitality experience preferred) Strong knowledge of construction detailing, finishes, material selection, and BOQ preparation Good understanding of MEP design coordinationProven ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors simultaneously Strong skills in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), MS Project/Primavera (project scheduling tools), and MS Excel/Sheets Excellent communication and leadership skills Salary, Perks & Benefits: 20k-30k per month based on interview performance
