Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Specialist role based in Bengaluru. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance to our clients, resolving product-related issues, and improving customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting technical problems, providing timely customer support, analyzing technical concerns, and documenting solutions. You will actively collaborate with both the internal team and customers to ensure consistent functionality and performance of GoGHL.ai solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Strong Analytical Skills to assess and diagnose problems to find effective solutions.Exceptional Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to enhance client relationships and ensure positive user experiences.Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with messaging platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems would be a significant advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
