Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Finance and Operations)Designation – Team Lead/Assistant Manager (Level 1 Support Team)Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support our Finance and Operations modules and resolving day-to-day end user issues and queries/technical issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsKey Responsibilities:• Monitor and manage JIRA tickets related to Dynamics 365 issues and enhancements.• Troubleshoot and resolve L1 functional issues in Dynamics 365 applications.• User Access Management process (Create an New users/access grant, revoke and modifications) and Manage User access in Azure platform. • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.• Collaborate with business users to understand and document requirements.• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules as needed.• Assist Non regression testing for MS New Release deployment version upgrade. • D365 workflow design creation / modifications any modules• Coordinate with Microsoft support or third-party vendors when required.• Maintain documentation for issue resolution, configurations, and processes.• Provide user training and support for new features or updates.• Lead or support implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.• Train end-users and create user documentation.• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.________________________________________Required Skills & Qualifications:• Graduation - Finance or Commerce background• Strong understanding good skill set of D365 Finance and operation all modules end to end cycle. • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent.• Prior experience in a support or helpdesk environment.Preferred Experience:• 3+ years in a Dynamics 365 Functional consulting or implementation role Finance and operation modules. • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.• Familiarity with integration tools and data migration strategies.Interested candidate please share your WhatsApp only-8009942815
