If you are passionate about mental health and treating patients with utmost care and excellence, Sukoon is the right place for you!Responsibilities● Keep residents engaged through sessions and recreational activities.● Execute clinical program as directed by Center Head and Medical Director.● Suggest and recommend strategies for the betterment of the organization.● Collaborate with other departments when needed.● Maintain a patient-first approach.● Mental Gym sessions● Art-based therapy sessions● Family interventionQualifications● M.A Psychology from an accredited university● Hospital experience preferable● 1+ years of work experience● Familiarity with current DSM criteria● Strong working knowledge of general psychological principles and practices● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
