You will work in a collaborative Agile environment, contributing across the testing lifecycle with both manual and automation responsibilities.Your RoleAs a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through a combination of manual and automated testing practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure robust, scalable, and reliable applications.In this role, you will:Analyse business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to derive test scenarios.Design, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies.Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and UAT testing.Log, track, and manage defects while working closely with development teams for resolution.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues identified in production environments.Develop and maintain UI and API automation scripts using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.Build and enhance reusable and scalable automation frameworks.Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines and analyze automation failures.Configure and manage automated test execution using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.Generate, analyze, and present detailed test execution and quality reports.Perform database testing by validating data using SQL and NoSQL queries.Ensure data integrity and consistency across applications.Conduct performance and scalability testing using JMeter.Your Profile5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.Strong expertise in Manual, Web, and API testing.Hands-on experience with Playwright and strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.Experience in performance testing using JMeter.Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and test automation integration.Experience in database testing with SQL and NoSQL technologies.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
