Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

Day to day:As a Power Platform Engineer within the Power Platform CoE, you will operate as a deployable, hands‑on resource embedded into teams across the organisation, designing and building Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot Studio solutions to meet real business needs. You’ll work closely with requestors, the Power Platform Technical Owner, and Engineering Lead to deliver scalable, reusable solutions while also mentoring and enabling citizen developers through best practice and guidance. The ideal candidate is both a builder and a mentor, equally comfortable creating innovative solutions and empowering others to do the same. Must haves:Sme in Microsoft power platform.Hands-on responsibility for architecting, developing, and deploying Power Platform solutions (canvas/model-driven apps, automated flows, and low-code agents), ensuring scalability and maintainabilityLead cross-functional development efforts, authoring comprehensive documentation, training materials, and knowledge-base articles to enable repeatable delivery and smooth handoffsProvide expert-level troubleshooting and mentorship to citizen developers, driving rapid issue resolution and continuous improvementPartner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and communicate status and risks clearlygood communication, proactive, collaborating, hands on
