Strategic Leadership & Oversight Develop and standardize engineering policies across all resorts Lead capital expenditure projects including renovations and new builds Set benchmarks and KPIs for property-level engineering teams Maintenance & Operations Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs Ensure optimal functioning of MEP systems Coordinate with resort teams to resolve issues swiftly Energy & Sustainability Drive energy conservation initiatives Implement sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards Compliance & Safety Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties Conduct audits and mitigate risks proactively Team Development & Management Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams Promote a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement Budgeting & Financial Management Manage annual engineering budgets Approve expenditures for maintenance and capital projects Qualifications Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering Advanced certifications in facility or energy management preferred 15+ years in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team-building abilities Expertise in building systems and CMMS tools Excellent communication and decision-making skills Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Energy consumption reduction Regulatory compliance rate Guest satisfaction on facility standards Timely and budget-aligned project delivery Engineering team retention and development
