Participate in curriculum development, review, and academic planning. Conduct internal assessments and evaluate student performance. Engage in community outreach programs and promote health awareness initiatives. Support departmental and institutional academic events and committees. Contribute to research publications and professional development activities.Required Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Community Health Nursing concepts and practices.
