Greetings from Plansee India, Mysore!Join the innovative and skilled team in Design and Programming of CAD/CAM & Turn-Mill centre programming experience in New Product Development _Machine shop production. We are hiring for Senior Programmer or Engineer with an interest to apply and enhance the Mastercam / NX CAM (2D & 3D) design and Multi Axis programming.Work Location: Mysore, Karnataka, India (Full Time)Work Experience: 3 - 5 yearsJob Roles and Responsibilities:- Relevant experience in Turning / Turn‑Mill operating, tooling, and setting - 3–4 years of experience in manual programming, CAM programming, and prove‑outs (hands‑on experience) - Selection of proper tooling’s and Designing of Jigs & fixtures for the new products. - Maintain 5s activities in shop floor and make Kaizen on regular basis. Continuous improvements in production and manufacturing low volume products - Ensuring follow up of QMS & EMS (Quality and Environment Management System) in the entire department - Tool Management sheet updated after the completion of the sample order/first order - Material accounting for first-time order - Process validation of mass production/critical products (Medical& Defense) twice a yearEducation Qualifications and other skills:- Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering - Proficient in manual & Master CAM/NX CAM(2D&3D) programming, MS-office skills, and - good communication - Knowledge in designing & Multi-axis programming.Share your updated CV immediately to [email protected] Regards,HR - Talent Acquisition Team
