This role ensures annotation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined standards, while supporting continuous improvement and audit readiness for safety-critical AI/ML datasets.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and adhere to defined quality standards, SOPs, and annotation guidelines for 2D/3D annotation, LiDAR point clouds, video labeling, object tracking, and sensor fusionExecute QC workflows including sampling, multi-level reviews, audits, RCA, CAPA, and defect trackingMonitor and report quality KPIs such as accuracy, precision, recall, defect density, and SLA adherenceSupport compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, client quality requirements, NDAs, and data security policiesAct as a key quality contact for project teams during client reviews, audits, and escalationsGuide, mentor, and train quality analysts and reviewers on annotation standards, tools, and common error patternsConduct quality trainings on LiDAR fundamentals, annotation workflows, and tool usageIdentify recurring quality issues, support root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actionsSupport Lean / Six Sigma initiatives to reduce rework and improve cycle timeTechnical & Domain ExpertiseWorking knowledge of ADAS and autonomous driving datasets, LiDAR point clouds, and video annotationHands-on experience with annotation tools such as CVAT, Supervisely, or similar platformsUnderstanding of ML data validation, acceptance criteria, and dataset quality checksExperience & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree / Engineering 3-4 years of experience in ADAS, LiDAR, video annotation, or AI/ML data services2+ years in a Quality Lead / Senior Quality Analyst roleSkills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and analytical mindsetEffective communication and stakeholder coordination skillsAbility to work hands-on in delivery-driven, high-accuracy environmentsPlease apply to rajath.billava@Please contact - 8217389047visit
