If you're looking to grow with a global leader, this is your chance to start strong!Open Roles:Service Desk - Senior Process Executive & Process SpecialistLocation: MysoreWork Mode: Work from OfficeShifts: 24x7 rotational shiftsExperience:1-4 years of Experience (Minimum 1-3 years in IT Service Desk / Tech Support)Your Mission:- Provide remote support for laptops, desktops, LAN issues, and applications. - Troubleshoot across platforms Windows, Android, iOS. - Support Microsoft tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype. - Handle registry fixes, patch upgrades, virus/security troubleshooting. - Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models. - Able to handle complex tickets/issues, SLA Compliance & Process Compliance. - Customer Interaction Escalation management & Able to handle complex issues and escalations. - Knowledge Management- Ability to evaluate Knowledge articles and contribute for enrichment & Process Re-engineering.Your Toolkit:- Intermediate knowledge of OS, browsers, and MS Office Suite. - Experience in a busy ICT Service Desk environment. - Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.What You Need to Bring- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English) - Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts - Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs) - Commitment to 100% Work from Office (No Hybrid) - Readiness to complete client-specific training - Ability to handle 24x7 rotational shiftsPreferred: Basic understanding or any Service Desk expertiseMandatory Documents to Carry- Updated printout of your resume - Any 2 government-issued photo IDs (PAN / Aadhar / Voter ID / Passport) - All original academic documents for verification: - 10th & 12th Marksheets - Graduation (All Semesters, CMM, Provisional & Degree Certificate)Laptops & cameras are not permitted due to security restrictions.
