This role is ideal for candidates who have practical knowledge through education, training, or self-learning and are eager to grow in a professional environment.Key Responsibilities• Create visual designs for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and basic marketing materials.• Support branding activities by designing logos, creatives, banners, and layouts.• Assist in creating simple UI/UX designs for web and mobile screens.• Edit basic video content for digital use.• Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams.• Maintain consistency in visual style and brand guidelines.• Learn and adapt to new design trends and requirements.• Suggest suitable design and editing tools required to deliver quality output.Required Knowledge & Skills• Strong understanding of graphic design basics (layout, colour, typography).• Basic knowledge of UI/UX concepts and user-friendly design.• Awareness of video editing fundamentals.• Creative mindset with attention to detail.• Ability to explain design choices and ideas clearly.• Willingness to learn and improve continuously.• Capability to recommend and work with appropriate design tools.Good to Have• Internship, academic projects, or portfolio showcasing design work.• Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives.• Knowledge of social media design requirements.
