The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and experience handling accounting operations in a growing organization. The role also requires familiarity with international transaction compliance and multi-entity accounting environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliationsMaintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records across all transactionsHandle accounts payable and accounts receivable processesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsManage GST filings, TDS deductions, and statutory complianceEnsure compliance with export regulations and RBI guidelines related to international transactionsSupport accounting requirements related to international operations and cross-border paymentsCoordinate with auditors for internal and external auditsReconcile bank statements and monitor company expensesEnsure timely vendor payments and invoice processingAssist in budgeting and financial planningSupport payroll processing and financial documentation when requiredManage accounting activities across multiple company entities if requiredRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce ( or equivalent)2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance rolesStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulationsHands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory complianceKnowledge of export compliance, international accounting transactions, and RBI regulationsExperience handling multi-company or multi-entity accounting operationsStrong bookkeeping and financial documentation skillsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel
