Co-Founder

We are building Ziddi Entrepreneur’s Ecosystem – an initiative to empower youth, create sustainable businesses, and generate employment opportunities starting from Muzaffarpur, Bihar. We are looking for a Co-Founder who shares the same vision of creating impact through entrepreneurship. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, building networks, and driving execution. Key Responsibilities: -Work closely with the founding team to define strategy & business model. -Build and manage a strong team of passionate individuals. -Drive execution of ongoing projects (Profit Pathshala, TapriPreneur Network, etc.). -Identify funding, partnerships, and growth opportunities. -Handle on-ground operations, events, and community-building activities. Requirements: -Strong entrepreneurial mindset (risk-taking + problem-solving). -Passion for startups, community building, and youth empowerment. -Willingness to work on the ground in Muzaffarpur. -Prior experience in startups / business / leadership (preferred but not mandatory). -Dedication, discipline, and hunger to build something big.
