Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Relationship Officer located in Muzaffarpur. The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and handling financial transactions. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, delivering product information, resolving customer queries, and meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Business Relationship Management and Sales skills Finance and Customer Service expertise Excellent Communication skills Proven ability to build strong client relationships Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
