Front Desk Executive – School Role OverviewThe Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. This role ensures smooth front office operations, professional communication, and efficient coordination between parents, administration, and school departments.Key Responsibilities1. Front Office ManagementWelcome and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional manner.Manage the school reception area and maintain visitor records.Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.2. Communication & CoordinationDirect enquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and the administration office.Provide information regarding school programs, admissions, and events.3. Visitor & Security ManagementMaintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per school policy.Ensure proper security protocols are followed at the reception area.4. Administrative SupportAssist with documentation, filing, and record maintenance.Support the admissions team during enquiry and admission periods.Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming mail.5. Parent SupportAddress basic parent queries regarding school processes and schedules.Guide parents regarding appointments with school authorities.6.
