Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Motipur for a Field Collection Executive. The Field Collection Executive will be responsible for conducting daily field visits to collect outstanding debts from customers. Duties include assessing financial situations, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of dues. The role requires maintaining accurate records, providing regular updates to management, and adhering to established credit control policies and procedures. Qualifications Credit Control and Debt Collection skills Strong Communication and Analytical Skills Background in Finance Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience in banking or financial services is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
