We're Hiring – Customer Support Executive (Onsite, Munger, Bihar) We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who can manage full customer communication — from email to WhatsApp to phone calls — and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every customer. Role Responsibilities Handle customer queries through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Provide timely responses and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain proper follow-ups and organized communication records. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Represent the brand with a polite, professional, and presentable approach. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or client communication. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations efficiently. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Gmail, and basic CRM tools. Bonus Points Experience with tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Freshdesk. Prior experience in D2C, eCommerce, or service-based businesses.
