Job Title: Store ExecutiveIndustry: Petrochemical / Refinery / Oil and GasExperience Required: Minimum 3 YearsLocation: Mundra, GujaratEmployment Type:ContractualDepartment: Stores / Inventory ManagementJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Executive with 3+ years of experience in the petrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day store operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials, specifically related to hazardous and non-hazardous petrochemical products.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and tools. - Ensure proper storage of materials with adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) norms. - Maintain stock records using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). - Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material availability. - Perform physical stock verification and reconcile with system records. - Handle inward and outward material documentation (GRN, MRN, DC, invoice, etc.). - Ensure FIFO/LIFO implementation as required. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling chemicals and equipment. - Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and transportation of materials. - Maintain compliance with petrochemical safety and storage standards (MSDS, PPE usage, etc.). - Prepare periodic reports related to inventory, consumption, and audits.Requirements:- Education: Graduate (Science / Commerce / SCM / Business Admin) + SAP MM - Experience: Minimum 3 years in a store/inventory role, preferably in the petrochemical industry. - Good understanding of handling hazardous materials and safety protocols. - Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Preferred Skills:- Experience with SAP-MM or similar ERP modules. - Knowledge of industry-specific compliance (ISO, OHSAS, etc.). - Forklift or material handling equipment operation knowledge is a plus.Joining: Immediate / As per notice periodTo Apply:Send your updated resume to [insert email] with the subject line: Application for Store Executive – Petrochemical on "yashika.agarwal@"
