Create content forInstagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product demos, and campaigns . Manage end-to-end production including lighting, props and setup. ✂️ Video Editing & Post-Production Edit high-quality videos with engaging transitions, sound effects, captions and hooks. Optimize videos for different platforms (vertical, short-form, high retention) Use trending formats, music and storytelling styles to boost engagement ✍️ Content Writing & Storytelling Write creative scripts, captions and product storytelling content Build narratives that appeal tokids, parents and gifting audiences Maintain a consistent and playful brand voice Social Media & Algorithm Expertise Stay updated withInstagram, YouTube and emerging platforms’ algorithms Plan and execute content calendars aligned with trends and campaigns Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention) and optimize content Pop Culture & Trend Integration Tap intoviral trends, memes, and pop culturerelevant to kids & young parents Adapt trends creatively into toy-based content Bring fresh, innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and excitingRequired Skills Hands-on experience invideography and editing tools(Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) Strongcreative writing and storytelling ability Deep understanding ofshort-form video content & social media trends Ability to think from aconsumer lens (kids + parents) Strong visual sense, creativity, and execution speedGood to Have Experience intoy, FMCG, kids’ brands, or D2C companies Exposure toinfluencer marketing / content collaborations Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
