Position Title: Writer (Creative + Performance Marketing)Experience: Min 1 yearLocation: Marol, Mumbai (Mon-Fri WFO)Job Type: Consultant/ContractualRoles and Responsibilities• Write short-format ad copies and scripts for performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms• Create thumb-stopping hooks, engaging mid-sections, and strong CTAs that drive action• Develop clutter-breaking, trend-friendly, and conversion-focused creative ideas• Work across Hindi, English, and Hinglish to craft relatable, culturally relevant messaging• Analyze creative performance (CTR, retention, fatigue) and iterate based on data and insights• Build creative journeys from hook → narrative → conversion• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to produce high-performing ad creatives• Contribute to content marketing pieces designed for performance and conversion, not just brandingSkills & Qualifications• Strong copywriting skills for short-form and performance-driven content• Ability to think in hooks and write for fast-scrolling audiences• Comfortable writing in Hindi, English, and Hinglish• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (CTR, hooks, retention, creative fatigue)• Data-aware mindset with the ability to improve creatives based on results• Internet savvy with cultural awareness and trend sensitivityGood to Have• Experience in edutainment, learning, or education-based content• Prior work in app-based, OTT, or subscription platforms• Familiarity with ad platforms and creative testing frameworks• Experience working with growth or performance marketing teams
