We are looking for a culturally aware and trend-obsessed Creative Strategist who can turn social media trends into high-performing, mass-appeal content ideas.Key ResponsibilitiesTrend Intelligence & Opportunity IdentificationTrack daily trends across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platformsIdentify viral formats, meme trends, hooks, and emerging content patternsTranslate trends into actionable content ideas for the brandDecide which type of content suits which product or campaign objectiveDevelop high-engagement, mass-appeal content concepts that are relatable and shareableCraft strong hooks, scripts, and storytelling angles optimized for performanceRegional & Cultural RelevanceUnderstand behavioural and cultural differences across India (North, South, Metro, Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets)Create region-specific content hooks and culturally relevant communication anglesEnsure content resonates with diverse audience segmentsPerformance-Driven Creative ThinkingFocus on engagement, reach, virality, and conversions — not just aestheticsAnalyze content performance and refine strategies accordinglyCollaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to execute ideasCross-Team CollaborationWork closely with Brand, social media, and Performance Marketing teamsGuide creators, editors, and designers on content directionEnsure consistency in brand voice while maximizing engagementQualifications & Skills2–5 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, or social media strategyStrong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystemDeep interest in social media trends, memes, and digital cultureStrong understanding of Indian audience psychology and regional nuancesAbility to think in viral formats, hooks, and storytellingAnalytical mindset with focus on performance metricsStrong creative thinking and idea generation skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience working with D2C brands, consumer brands, or digital-first companiesExperience in mass-market, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, or youth-focused brandsExperience working with creators, influencers, or content production teams
