The role requires on-site presence in Mumbai and availability for 24/7 rotational shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate linguistic accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism in high-pressure environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate real-time interpretation between Spanish and English (spoken).Facilitate clear communication during calls, meetings, or operational interactions.Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional interpreting standards.Accurately convey tone, intent, and context without omission or distortion.Handle sensitive or urgent conversations calmly and professionally.Adapt quickly to different accents, dialects, and subject matters.Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.Be flexible to work rotational 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends.Required Qualifications & SkillsFluency in Spanish and English (spoken and comprehension) – mandatory.Proven experience as a Spanish interpreter (on-site, call center, or similar environment preferred).Strong listening, memory, and note-taking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and in 24/7 rotational shifts.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with communication tools.Preferred QualificationsCertification or training in interpretation/translation.Experience in BPO, customer support, healthcare, legal, or corporate interpreting.Knowledge of regional Spanish dialects (Latin American / European Spanish).What We OfferCompetitive salary and shift allowances.Professional and multicultural work environment.Career growth and learning opportunities.Stable full-time employment.
