The role involves crafting parent-friendly content, enriching product catalogs, and improving the overall site experience for new moms and parents.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ResearchResearch and write educational articles for moms on infant development (0–2 years).Create buying guides, listicles, and curated product recommendations for newborns and kids.Site Enrichment & Catalog ManagementCollaborate with merchandising & tech teams to enrich product catalogs with tags, attributes, and accurate information.Ensure guide-featured products are correctly tagged (e.g., “organic cotton”) and highlighted.Customer Journey DevelopmentDevelop onboarding flows, content banners, curated landing pages, and parent-friendly buying journeys.Brand & Catalog CoordinationWork with brands and catalog teams to develop A+ catalog content.Identify catalog gaps and recommend new content or enhancements.Research & SEO AlignmentStay updated on parenting trends, competitor content, and consumer buying behavior.Create SEO-aligned content for improved relevance and engagement.Marketing CollaborationAssist with copy for banners, push notifications, WhatsApp templates, and social posts for baby content.Requirements✅ 2–4 years of experience in site merchandising, content writing, editorial, or kids/parenting category✅ Strong writing, research, and editing skills✅ Understanding of product recommendations, catalog tags, and attributes✅ Basic SEO knowledge and experience with publishing tools✅ Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and deadline management⭐ Being a mother or hands-on infant experience is a plusPreferred Qualifications⭐ Portfolio of educational articles, buying guides, or parent-focused content⭐ Experience with e-commerce, fashion, or catalog enhancementReady to shape meaningful content for new parents?
