Location: Vikhroli, MumbaiExperience: 3-6 years (preferred)Employment Type: Contractual-Full-time, OnsiteAbout the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Video Editor who will transform client-written blogs into compelling short-format videos. This role involves understanding written content, identifying strong visual cues, drafting concise scripts, and using AI tools to generate high-quality videos.If you enjoy blending storytelling with new-age AI tools to create quick, engaging video content, this role is perfect for you.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Interpretation & Script Creation- Read and understand blogs/articles published on client websites. - Identify key messaging, hooks, and visual moments within each blog. - Convert long-form content into short, engaging video scripts (30–90 seconds). - Ensure scripts align with brand voice and client guidelines.AI-Driven Video Creation- Use AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Descript, etc.) to create drafts and finalize videos. - Build storyboards or visual flows based on blog insights. - Generate or enhance voiceovers using AI. - Source or create relevant AI-generated visuals, transitions, and animations.Editing & Quality Control- Make creative refinements to AI-generated outputs where needed (timing, pacing, aesthetics). - Ensure all videos meet quality standards for clarity, branding, and storytelling. - Optimize videos for digital channels (web, social media, blogs).Collaboration & Feedback- Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to align on narratives. - Incorporate client feedback quickly and accurately. - Maintain a content pipeline for multiple clients/projects.Required Skills & Experience- 3-6 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or similar roles. - Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Descript, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly. - Strong understanding of visual storytelling and short-form video structure. - High-quality video editing proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. - Ability to convert long-form content into concise, impactful scripts. - Good command of English; ability to simplify complex information. - Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
