We believe in empowering our customers with science-backed skincare solutions, and we’re looking for a visual storyteller with a passion for creating captivating content to help us take our brand to the next level.Brand: Summary:We’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our growing contentteam. In this role, you will help bring the brand to life across digital platforms by producing engaging short- and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute videos that drive performance and elevate our visual identity.Key Responsibilities:- Edit and produce high-quality, platform-specific video content with quick turnaround times. - Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop creative ideas and storyboards - Craft compelling narratives through visual storytelling. - Enhance videos using music, SFX, VO, transitions, and motion graphics (where applicable). - Ensure brand consistency in tone, visual treatment, and messaging across all content. - Optimize video output for platform-specific specs (aspect ratios, duration, file sizes). - Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and social media video formats. - Track content performance metrics and evolve editing styles accordingly. - Deliver assets on time and manage revisions based on team feedback.Qualifications:- Education: A bachelor's degree in film studies, broadcasting, communications, or a related field preferred - Experience: 2- 3 years proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the beauty, luxury, skincare or products industry. - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand - Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.Skills:- Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) - Creative agility: Every video should have a fresh concept and visual treatment. - Speed and efficiency: Ability to work under tight timelines without compromising quality. - Familiarity with motion graphics and animation (After Effects is a plus). - Experience with AI-based creative/editing tools is a plus. - Deep understanding of social media video trends, formats, and editing techniques. - Excellent audio editing skills including sound mixing and design. - Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and a creative eye. - A passion for skincare, wellness, and visual content that resonates with audiences.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to shape the creative strategy of a high-potential skincare startup. - Work in a creative and collaborative environment with a passionate team. - Competitive salary - Access to the latest skincare products and industry insights.Other details:- Office location: Lodha One Office Building, Lower Parel, Mumbai - Working days: Monday to Friday - Working from office: 4 days in officeReady to Apply?If you’re excited by the opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing global brand, we’d love to hear from you.
