The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of creative work that demonstrates their ability to work across various digital and print mediums.Key Deliverables:- . Creatives for Digital Platforms: Design engaging and visually appealing creatives for our website, social media channels, and Amazon A+ listings that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. . Product Catalogue & Brochures: Develop comprehensive product catalogues and marketing brochures that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers and stakeholders. . Label Designs for Product Packaging: Create innovative and attractive label designs for our product packaging that stand out on retail shelves and online platforms, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:- • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives. • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all visual designs and marketing materials. • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and relevant. • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. • Provide creative input and suggestions to improve existing marketing materials and brand presence. • Prepare and present design mock-ups and prototypes to internal teams and key stakeholders for review and feedback. • Handle end-to-end video creation — from pre-production to post-production. • Shoot videos for: o Influencer collaborations (studio or on-site). o Doctor explainers / educational videos. o Product demos, unboxings, and social ads. • Set up lighting, framing, and audio for clean professional output. • Edit vertical and horizontal videos optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads. • Add motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, and product highlights. • Adapt a single shoot into multiple short-form assets for different platforms. • Contribute ideas on trending formats, storytelling angles, and influencer-friendly content. • Proven experience in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve.etc. • Working knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics (basic level minimum). • Ability to shoot with DSLR / mirrorless cameras and basic lighting setups. • Understanding of social media content requirements (aspect ratios, hooks, retention). • Experience in product photography or lifestyle video shoots. • 3–5 short-form videos weekly (edits or new shoots). • 2–4 long-form or testimonial videos monthly. • Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.Skills and Qualifications:- • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • 3-4 years of professional design experience, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG sectors. • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, including digital creatives, print materials, and packaging design. • Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs. • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams. • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.Interested candidates please mail your CV's across to - Ganeshbhandari@
