You’ll own contentacross blogs, website, social media. You’ll help bring our product to life through content that explainsfeatures, use cases, and real value for our audience.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite blogs, guides, case studies, and product explainersOwn website copy: product pages, landing pages, FAQs, etc.Manage and grow the LinkedIn presence and content calendarCreate short-form content (posts, carousels, hooks, scripts)Write SEO-friendly content and update it for better rankingsRepurpose content across formats and track performanceSkills & ExperienceMust-Have- 2–5 years in content writing/creation (B2B/SaaS/HR/AI is a plus) - Prior work experience in startups - Strong written English and storytelling skills - Experience creating social + LinkedIn content (preferably for leaders) - SEO know-how and familiarity with Notion/Docs + CMS tools - Solid referencesGood-to-Have- Experience in B2B SaaS / HRTech / AI - Comfort with analytics tools (GA, Search Console, LinkedIn) - Ability to write video/reel scripts - Basic design skills in Canva + simple video editing - Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT etc.) to speed up workWe prefer local Mumbai candidates, who are immediately available to join.- Salary: 5-7 LPA - Benefits: Weekly company lunches, annual offsite, great office snack, super-sharp teammates and an opportunity to work out of the lush green IIT Bombay campusThe first round will be conducted by Tina, Babblebots’ AI Recruiter.
