Position: Video Editor Location: Mumbai, HQ Experience: 5-7 years Overview We’re seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to lead the creation of engaging video content (short and long form). Our dynamic video strategy captures the essence of adventure and community, significantly enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling and visually engaging video content tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with our brand identity and content strategy. Key responsibilities Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos, reels, shorts and promotional materials Apply creative editing techniques including transitions, color grading, motion graphics, text animations, and sound design to elevate storytelling Collaborate closely with content creators, videographers and social media teams to deliver timely, brand-consistent content Optimize videos for various social media formats and aspect ratios to maximize engagement Manage and maintain an organised library of video assets, including raw footage, graphics, and finished projects Stay current with digital video trends, editing styles, and social media platform algorithms Coordinate and manage a team of content creators (freelancers or full time) across multiple destinations in India Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant certification in Film Production, Media, Communication, or related fields 5-7 years of professional experience in video editing Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects, AI tools, etc. Demonstrated ability in visual storytelling, pacing, and timing to deliver impactful content Understanding of video optimisation strategies for different social media platforms Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organisational skills Love for travel & adventure is a plus
