The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality news and feature shows/Videos on business and finance, collaborating across editorial and production teams, and curating compelling content that resonates with our audiences.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize, plan, and execute news and feature shows focused on business and financial topics.Compile and package show content, Videos, including cutting graphics, selecting sound bytes, and scripting.Coordinate closely with editorial and production departments (reporters, research desk, guest coordination, PCR, editing, graphics, etc.).Create and review rundowns for the assigned shows ensuring all elements are in place.Stay updated on the latest in business, economy, markets, and corporate affairs to ensure relevant and insightful content.Key Skills Required:Strong news sense and a sharp eye for editorially impactful storiesExcellent writing and scripting skills tailored for TV journalismProficiency in TV production workflows and coordinationSolid understanding of business news and financial conceptsBasic to intermediate knowledge of video editing toolsAbility to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality content quicklyStrong collaboration and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Economics, or related fieldPrior experience in Business/Financial TV journalism is strongly preferredProven track record in producing live or recorded news showsLocation: Mumbai OnlyExperience Required: 2– 5 YearsWhy Join Us?At Network18, we believe in empowering our people.
