Line Producer

The Line Producer holds a critical role in production. He structures, communicates,leads and delivers. In line with the company standards, Line Producer implements strategies to create project-specific work flows and is committed to creating a sense of ownership among teams.Responsibilities- Collaborates with the Producers to deliver a high-quality project, on time and on budget; - Knows how to set up a schedule; - Masters the art of adapting the delivery plan; - Identifies what work can be done and at what stage; - Develops partnerships with supervisors and department managers to ensure constant resource needs; - Supervises the production team; - Leads production meetings; - Anticipates potential production problems and takes the initiative to quickly engage solutions with the team; - Analyzes information and reports findings to the project and studio management team; - Initiates show engagement activities; - Manages the shows calendar; - Ensures simple and effective communication between all stakeholders; - Supports the producers in client communications and ensures the information flow is efficient, precise, and seamless; - Obsesses about the accuracy of the data in the communication tool
