This role calls for a strong balance of creative judgment, production discipline, and stakeholder management, with the ability to independently drive projects from pre-production through final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects end-to-end across pre-production, shoot execution, and post-productionBuild and manage production plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery schedulesOversee multiple films and content pieces simultaneously with strong operational controlCoordinate with clients, internal teams, directors, crews, vendors, and post-production partnersEnsure seamless on-ground execution while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgetsDrive problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced production environmentUphold high standards of creative and operational excellence across all deliverablesWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in production, content, or film execution rolesStrong understanding of end-to-end production workflowsHands-on experience in budgeting, scheduling, shoot management, and post-production coordinationAbility to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervisionStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsSolution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressureComfortable working in a fast-moving agency environmentWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to be part of a growing production ecosystem within Schbang and work on a diverse mix of high-impact visual storytelling projects.
