In line with the company standards, Line Producer implements strategies to create project-specific work flows and is committed to creating a sense of ownership among teams.ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with the Producers to deliver a high-quality project, on time and on budget;Knows how to set up a schedule;Masters the art of adapting the delivery plan;Identifies what work can be done and at what stage;Develops partnerships with supervisors and department managers to ensure constant resource needs;Supervises the production team;Leads production meetings;Anticipates potential production problems and takes the initiative to quickly engage solutions with the team;Analyzes information and reports findings to the project and studio management team;Initiates show engagement activities;Manages the shows calendar;Ensures simple and effective communication between all stakeholders;Supports the producers in client communications and ensures the information flow is efficient, precise, and seamless;Obsesses about the accuracy of the data in the communication tool
